Once you get in touch with us, we get in touch and ask how we can help. We listen and learn about you, answer any questions you have, and then ask you about the help you need to confirm we have a similar understanding.
We know it's better for you to have just one person to talk with about the help you need. This is your Help manager. They discuss your needs and build a team of local, experienced, help professionals to help with things like nursing, social support, community support, home care, companionship, transport, shopping, rehab and more.
Once we've agreed to and set up the services you need, you begin to receive them. Your Help manager will talk regularly with you to make sure you are happy with the help, fine-tune your help where needed and ensure your satisfaction.

If, as a new client or when transitioning from another provider, you find our services unsatisfactory, we will promptly refund the cost of the services you weren't pleased with and provide you with an additional $200 as a gesture of our commitment to your happiness.
